What Happened?

According to the on-line notice posted on its website, on February 12, 2024, Consulting Radiologists detected suspicious activity within its computer network. In response, the Company secured its network and enlisted a cybersecurity firm to investigate. The investigation involved a time-consuming and detailed reconstruction of the server to determine which patients had been affected and the types of data involved.

What Information Was Stolen During The Breach?

The review confirmed on April 17, 2024, that patient data had been exposed and potentially acquired. Information stolen include –

  • date of birth
  • medical information
  • health insurance information
  • Social Security number
  • driver’s license number
  • face sheets
  • imaging reports.
